The New Rebuilt Tito's! --great home cooked meals! All, pies, soups and chili are homemade. Our summer hours are: Mon-Thurs. 7AM-7PM, Fri-Sun. 7AM-8PM; Winter hours: Mon-Thurs. 8AM-6PM, Fri-Sun. 8AM-7PM

Historical Note: The original Tito's burned to the ground the night of January 31, 1999. Fortunately no one was hurt, but there was no insurance. A combination of donations of labor, materials and the infinite patience of Hank Mori, resulted in the rebirth of this community landmark and gathering place. A snapshot of small towns everywhere, the process showed again just why Hope is a great place to live and play.

(We're also looking for any photos of happenings or personalities from Hope's past, distant or otherwise, with hopes of replacing the wonderful public albums lost in the fire, that were so popular with visitors.)
